Planning and execution
Planning and execution of New Construction strictly based on 100% of the existing owners consent in writing as an agreement with M/s. NSK BUILDERS for the Re-Development of Apartment (with or without Land rights).
Monthly Rental
Monthly Rental will be paid to the existing owners, for those who are all re-located until occupy into the New Flats are subject to the conditions allowed to exceed the dwelling units and rights to sell to the third parties by M/S.NSK BUILDERS.
Non-Monthly Rental
In another scenario, Monthly Rental will not be paid to the existing owners, for those who are all re-located until occupy into the New Flats. Because, M/S.NSK BUILDERS will be acting as a Builder for Re-Construction only as if not allowed for exceed the New Construction Area and rights to sell by M/S.NSK BUILDERS.
Re development without payment
On other option, without any additional payments for Re-Development of your Flat by exceeding the existing dwelling units which will be compensated to the M/s. NSK BUILDERS’s payment for New Construction. (In this scenario the M/s. NSK BUILDERS will have the Power to sell the additional units to the third party)
Project execution
Cost of Demolition of the Existing old Apartment, Expenses related to the Demolition and Re-Development Plan for the New Construction from the Competent Authorities, New EB connection for Construction, Temporary shed at site for material storage, New Construction Materials, Labours, Transportation of materials and machineries, Installation of New Borewell or Cleaning the existing Borewell for Water sourcing to execute the New Construction like these expenses will be included on the Agreement for Re-development with M/s. NSK BUILDERS from the existing owners.
New Construction on re-development
New Construction on re-development program will be done strictly as per the Approved Building Plan and which will enable us to get the Completion Certificates without any issues from the Competent Authorities.
