The Proprietor Mr. KANNAN Son of Late Mr. NARASIMMAN and Mrs. SANTHA NARASIMMAN is the Promoter and Civil Contractor and he has named his proprietorship company as M/s. NSK BUILDERS which is the combination of his Father, Mother and his Name.
The Proprietor is qualified B.Com Graduate from Madras University in 1995 and he has started his career in Finance and Accounts area and further he has moved in 2002 to Marketing and Sales in Home Loan segment with major Banks & NBFCs in Chennai.
Later in 2021 he has upgraded to Property Management Services in Chennai and given services for Property related works with Government department as a freelancing liaisioning officer. He has done the service of Revenue Record Name Transfers (PATTA/ TSLR), New Building Plan Approvals, Layout approvals, Regularisation of unauthorised Plots, New Property Tax assessments, Water and Sewage assessments, New Electricity Connections, Property Registrations and Document legal clearance etc.
Presently from 2025, the Proprietor into Property Promotion for the Affordable Housing section and completed his 1st Project of an Independent Villa in 2025 at Vallanchery Village (Near Guduvanchery), Chengalpattu District.
Since then, the proprietor is into this field and presently promoting Independent Villas of 8 Units as a Gated Community at Somangalam Village, (Between Tambaram and Kundrathur) Kanchipuram District.
The Proprietor as a Promoter is sincere in his duty of Planning and Constructions as per the Rules and Regulations governed by the Government. He is very strict in his way of working to deliver the Quality of Construction and Execution till Completion and Handing over to the Customers with Happy environment.
